Vertex Customer Service India Pvt.Ltd is based in Flat 816 on the first floor of the Dakshinayan EPDP CGHS Ltd building. We are located in Plot 19, Sector - 4, Dwarka, New Delhi - 110 075. It’s a residential complex, so our office feels more like a home than a corporate building. We have desks set up in the different rooms, and it’s always full of the sound of people talking on their headsets. We handle customer support for various things, which means a lot of computer work and answering questions all day. Dwarka is a nice, planned area with parks and wide roads, which makes the commute a bit easier for us. The office itself is a bit tight on space when the whole shift is in, but we make it work. We have our tea breaks in the little balcony or go down to the local shops. It’s a straightforward job that requires a lot of patience, especially when people are calling in with problems. We don't have a big HR department or fancy break rooms. It’s just a group of us working together to get through the call logs and emails. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait for the generator, but that's just how it is here. We just try to be helpful and get the work done before we head home. Dealing with technical issues is part of the routine.
