Vertex Customer Care Solution

We are located in Sector 8 of Rohini, specifically at B-6/61. This is in the northern part of Delhi with the 110085 pin code. Our setup is pretty straightforward. We have a few lines and some computers where we handle customer queries. It isn’t a massive call center like the ones you see in movies. It is more of a small, local operation. The office is on a regular street and we get a lot of dust coming in from the road, so we are always cleaning the keyboards. We mostly work with local clients who need help with their support services. The staff is just a group of people from the nearby blocks who wanted to work close to home. We drink a lot of tea throughout the day to keep going. The atmosphere is relaxed, maybe a bit too relaxed sometimes, but we get the work done. We don't have any fancy posters or motivational slogans on the walls. It’s just a place where people come to work their shifts and go home to their families. We try to be helpful when people call in with problems. It can be stressful when the phones won't stop ringing, but we just take it one call at a time. It is a very normal, everyday kind of business. It has been this way for a few years now and we don't plan on changing much. We just show up.
