Our office is on Gurudwara Road, specifically N 2/6 in Mohan Garden, which is part of the Uttam Nagar area. Vertex Coustomer Care Solution P. Ltd is basically a place where we handle calls and help people solve their problems. It can get pretty loud in here when everyone is on the phone at the same time, but that is just the nature of what we do. We aren't some giant corporate headquarters with glass walls. It is a practical space where we focus on getting through the daily list of customer queries. People call us for all sorts of things, and we do our best to find the right answers even when the systems are being difficult. We have been in this part of Delhi for a while, and the staff mostly comes from the nearby streets. We don't use a lot of fancy words or complicated scripts. We just talk to people like they are people. Sometimes the air conditioner makes a weird noise, or we run out of tea in the break room, but the work keeps moving forward. It is a lot of sitting and talking, but we find it okay because we are helping out. Being in Mohan Garden means we are close to the local markets, so there is always a bit of energy around the building. We just keep our heads down and handle the work that comes in every day.
