Velvet Apple Hotel New Delhi

Even though the name says New Delhi, our office for Velvet Apple Hotel is actually located at 63/2 Ram Nagar in Karnal. This is where we handle the administrative side and the bookings for the property. It is a bit of a distance from the city, but it works for us. The office is a simple room where we keep all the records and manage the guest communications. We spend most of the day answering emails and taking calls from people who want to stay with us. It can get a bit repetitive, checking dates and confirming prices over and over. We have a small team here in Karnal. We aren't part of some massive chain with robots answering the phones. When you call, you just get one of us sitting at a desk. We try to keep things organized, but sometimes the paperwork piles up on the desks. The area around Ram Nagar is pretty busy, so there is always something going on outside. We don't use a lot of fancy software, just the basics to keep track of who is coming and going. It is a straightforward job. We just want to make sure the rooms are ready when people show up in Delhi. We handle the behind-the-scenes stuff so the hotel can run. It is just a regular day-to-day operation for us here at the Karnal office.
