Vedic Tours & Travel (P) Ltd. We are just a small group over here in the office handling travel plans. It started quite a while ago and we have stayed in the same spot. You can mostly find us at the computer answering emails at Pankaj_Jamwal@Hotmail.Com. It gets busy during the holiday seasons when everyone wants to go somewhere at the same time. We try to keep up with the tickets and hotel bookings without making a mess of things. Sometimes the internet is slow or the phones keep ringing, but we get the job done. It is not a fancy operation with a huge lobby or uniformed staff. We just sit here and work through the itineraries one by one. People usually call us because they know us personally or someone told them we helped out with a trip before. We handle the paperwork for cars and buses too. It is mostly about making sure the driver knows where to go and the hotel actually has the room ready when the guest arrives. The tea stall across the street knows our order by heart because we go there so often. It is just a small office but we keep it moving. We have seen a lot of changes in how people travel lately. Everything is on the phone now, but we still like writing things down on the desk calendar. If you need a trip sorted, we are usually around.
