Vcustomer

You can find us at D 12 in Prince Colony. It’s tucked away in the Hari Nagar Extension, Part-3 area of Meethapur, down in Badarpur. It’s a bit of a trek if you aren't from this part of New Delhi, but Vcustomer has been here for a while and we like the spot. Our office is pretty basic. We’ve got desks, chairs, and computers like every other workplace. Most of our day is spent talking to people or typing away at our keyboards. It can get pretty loud when everyone is on the phone at the same time, but we’ve gotten used to the noise. We aren’t some big, flashy corporation with a lobby full of statues. We’re just a group of people trying to handle customer questions and solve problems. Sometimes the internet goes down or the phones act up, and those are the days we all just have to take a breath and wait it out. It’s a lot of routine work, but it’s honest. We don’t have any fancy mission statements on the walls. We just focus on getting through the calls and emails as they come in. The neighborhood is mostly residential, so it’s a bit quieter than the main roads. We like that we can just come in, do our work, and then head home without any big drama. It’s a steady way to live for us here at Delhi 110044.
