Vcustomer is located over in Shiv Durga Vihar, which is near the Surajkund Lakarpur area in Faridabad. Our office at C 62 is in a part of town that has grown a lot lately. We deal with a lot of customer-related tasks, mostly on the phones or over the computer. It’s the kind of work where you’re always talking to someone new, which can be interesting or tiring depending on the day. The area around here is pretty quiet compared to the main city centers, which is nice when you need to focus on a difficult call. We have a lot of people from the nearby colonies working here. Most of us take the bus or ride our bikes to get in. In the summer, the heat in Faridabad can be tough, so we’re glad to have the fans going inside. We don’t have a big fancy lobby or a receptionist in a suit. It’s more about the workspace and getting the calls handled. Sometimes it gets a bit loud when everyone is on a call at once, but that’s just the nature of the business. We take our breaks together and usually someone brings in snacks from home to share. It’s a very practical environment. We don't spend money on expensive decorations or things that don't help us do the job. If you walk past our building, you might not even realize what we do inside, but we’re there every day, sitting at our desks and helping people out. It’s steady work and it keeps us busy from morning until evening.
