Our place is situated at 153/1 in Mochi Gaon. It is right near the Bimola Beauty Clinic, which is how most people find us because the streets here can be a bit confusing. It is not in a main commercial hub, so it feels more like a local neighborhood spot. We run a customer service operation from this building. It is mostly people sitting at computers with headsets on, talking to folks who have questions about various products or services. The office is a bit plain, with white walls and standard office chairs. We have a lot of cables running along the floors and desks. Mochi Gaon is a lively area and you can hear the sounds of the street even when the windows are shut. We have a small kitchen area for the staff to heat up their food. There is no big corporate sign out front, just the address. We handle a lot of different tasks every day and it can get a bit repetitive, but we just get on with it. The team here is a mix of younger and older people. We do not use any marketing talk to describe what we do. We just provide support over the phone and through email. It is a basic setup and we have been doing this for a long time now in this same location. The building 153/1 is just a part of the landscape in Mochi Gaon.
