Vcustomer

Our little office is at Je- 37 in Khirki Extension, right near Malviya Nagar. It’s a bit of a maze back here, and if you’re not careful, you might miss the building entirely. Vcustomer has been in this part of New Delhi 110017 for a while, and we’ve grown quite fond of the area. It’s crowded and noisy, but it has a lot of character. We spend our days handling customer calls and fixing problems for people who have issues with their services. It’s the kind of work that never really stops, so there’s always someone in the office at odd hours. We don’t have any of that corporate polish you see in the big Gurgaon offices. Our furniture is a bit old, and the walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but it feels like home to us. The staff here are all local people who live nearby, so we often walk to work or take a rickshaw. We like the local food stalls in Malviya Nagar for our lunch breaks. It’s a very grounded way to work. We don't talk much about goals or visions; we just try to help the person on the other end of the line as best as we can. Sometimes it’s frustrating when the systems are slow, but we just keep at it. That’s how it is here in Khirki Ext—a lot of hard work and a bit of daily chaos.
