Our office is in Moradabad, located at Sheesh Mahal in Deewan Ka Bazar. We are based in Raj Bhavan, which is an address many people in the area recognize. It is right in the heart of the old market district and we are at the home of Dr. V. P. Bhatnagar. Even though we are here, we handle a lot of work for Aamby Valley City. It’s a hospitality business, so there is always a lot of coordination to do. The office is in a traditional building with thick walls and high ceilings. It keeps the heat out during the summer, which is good. The bazaar outside is always incredibly crowded and noisy. You can hear the sounds of the brass workers and the rickshaws all day long. We have a small team of people who handle the bookings and the administrative side of things. We aren't a big corporate headquarters with glass elevators. It’s a much more grounded setup. We spend our time on the phone or checking emails. Sometimes the power cuts out and we have to rely on the generator to keep the computers running. It’s a bit of a trek to get through the market lanes to reach the office every morning. We’ve been at this spot for a long time and we are part of the local scene here. We just go about our work and keep things moving for the hospitality side of the business as best as we can.
