Vcare Callcenters India Limited

Our office is over at 378, Punjabi Mohalla. It’s right by the Masjid Complex in Chattarpur. Vcare Callcenters India Limited is the full name, but we are just the folks who answer the phones and help people out. Being in New Delhi means it is always noisy outside, but inside we just focus on the calls. It’s a pretty busy place most of the time. We have people coming in and out for different shifts. It’s not a shiny corporate park, just a regular building in a busy part of town. We like it here because it feels real. You can hear the neighborhood outside. We don't really do the whole corporate culture thing. We just show up, put on the headsets, and do what needs doing. Some of us have been here for years and others are just starting out. The Masjid Complex is a good landmark if you are trying to find us. It’s a bit of a maze sometimes around Chattarpur but we are used to it. We keep things pretty simple. No big mission statements or anything like that on the walls. Just the schedules and the work. It’s a job that keeps us on our toes. We spend a lot of time talking, so by the end of the day, we are usually ready for some quiet. It’s just how it goes for us in this corner of the city. We have been here quite a while now.
