Vatika , New Delhi

We are based on the 3rd floor of the DDA Flats in Kalkaji, specifically at J-1/111. It’s a bit of a climb up the stairs every morning, but it keeps us moving. This is the Vatika office in New Delhi-19. Kalkaji is a really busy neighborhood with a lot of people and shops everywhere. Our office is just a regular flat that has been converted into a workspace. It feels very cozy, almost like working from home, which is nice. We have a balcony that looks out over the street below where we can see the fruit sellers and the traffic. Most of the day is spent handling our local business tasks and talking to people who drop by. We don't have a big corporate lobby, just a door with our name on it. The rooms are filled with desks and a few old cupboards for storage. We’ve got a small kitchen area where we make coffee and tea. It’s a very laid-back atmosphere here in the DDA flats. We know the other people in the building and everyone is pretty friendly. It’s just a practical spot for us to run the business from without needing anything too flashy or expensive. We’ve been in Kalkaji for quite some time now. The 3rd floor gives us a bit of a breeze if we leave the windows open, which is good because the ceiling fan is a bit slow. Vatika has been operating out of this Kalkaji flat for years. We have some mismatched furniture gathered over time that fits the space.
