Vascon Engg Ltd.

Vascon Engg Ltd. is based out of Ballabgarh, right on Tigaon Road. Our office is at House Number 87 in Street-3 of Shiv Colony. It’s a bit of a drive if you’re coming from the main parts of Delhi, but it’s where we do all our engineering and construction work. The neighborhood of Shiv Colony is mostly residential, but we have our setup here to manage the various projects we have going on. Engineering is a lot of practical work, and we spend a good chunk of our time looking at site plans and managing the logistics of materials. The office isn't very big, and it’s definitely not fancy. We have a few desks and some cupboards full of old files and project maps. Ballabgarh is a busy industrial area, so there is always some construction or movement happening nearby. We’ve been at this address for a while and we’ve seen the road change quite a bit over the years. People in the colony know us as the engineering folks. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. It’s just a few of us making sure the building projects are moving along as they should. Sometimes we are out at the sites more than we are in the office, but Street-3 is where we come back to get the paperwork sorted. It’s a simple, hardworking environment and we like it that way. No frills, just engineering work for the most part.
