We've been running Varuna Roadlines Pvt. Ltd. for a while now. Our office is located at 81A, Himgiri Appt. Pkt A-14 in the Kalkaji Extn area of New Delhi. It's a busy spot but we manage okay. Transporting stuff is what we do day in and day out. It’s a lot of paperwork and making sure the drivers know where they’re going. Sometimes the traffic in Delhi makes things tricky, especially around Kalkaji, but that's just part of the job here. We spend most of our mornings checking logs and answering calls. It isn't a fancy setup. Just a desk, some chairs, and plenty of chai to keep us moving through the afternoon. People in the neighborhood know where to find us if they need things moved from one place to another. We try to keep things simple. If a truck needs to go out, we get it ready. We don't really have a big fancy website or anything like that. Most of our work comes from people who've used us before. We just focus on getting the routes figured out. The office is right there in the apartment complex, so it's convenient for us. We've seen a lot of changes in the roadlines business over the years, but the basics stay the same. You load the goods, you drive, and you unload them. That's really all there is to it at the end of the day.
