Varma Telecom is located right in the middle of Naraina Loha Mandi at Z 14. This part of town is always noisy with all the iron and steel work going on nearby. Our shop is tucked away in that busy environment. It is not a quiet place, but that is just how it is here. We handle a lot of phone recharges and basic repairs for the people who work in the Mandi. Most of our customers are regulars who know us by name. The shop is small and can get a bit dusty because of all the trucks moving around outside. We have a glass counter where we keep some basic handsets and accessories like earphones and chargers. It is a straightforward business. We do not do anything flashy. If your screen is cracked or your sim card is not working, we take a look. Sometimes it takes a day, sometimes just a few minutes while you wait. There is a tea stall nearby that is pretty good too. We spend most of our day behind the desk, talking to people and sorting out their mobile issues. Being at Z 14 means we are easy to spot if you are already in the Loha Mandi area. It has been our base for quite some time now. We do not have a website or anything like that, just the physical shop where you can find us and talk to us.
