Varma Telecom is over in Jharera Village, which is part of the Delhi Cantonment area. We are at numbers 204/205. Being in a village area like Jharera is different from the big markets. Everyone knows everyone else here. My father started this as a small stall, and eventually, we moved into this permanent spot. It’s a solid brick building, and we’ve got plenty of space for the display cases. We sell a lot of budget phones and basic accessories because that’s what people around here look for. The Cantonment area has its own vibe, very disciplined but the village itself is quite relaxed. I usually open up around eleven because mornings are for family chores. We have a lot of regular customers who come back every month for their data packs. The Varma name is well known in these streets, so we have to keep our reputation decent. We don’t use any marketing tricks; we just talk to people and help them find what fits their budget. Sometimes the internet is slow, and we all just sit around waiting for the system to update. It’s a community thing. The shop feels like a second home to me, and I’ve probably spent more time here than anywhere else in the last ten years.
