It’s a busy neighborhood, very typical for this part of Delhi with its narrow lanes and lots of local shops. We represent Varig Brazilian Airlines here as their GSA through Interglobe. It’s always felt a bit strange to be talking about flights to Brazil while looking out at the street life of Uttam Nagar, but that’s the job. The office is a simple building on a regular street. We don't have a giant lobby or fancy statues. It’s mostly just desks, phones, and a lot of talk about international routes and cargo. We’ve been here for years, so we know the local chai wallah and the best places to grab a quick lunch. The work can be a bit repetitive, checking flight details and coordinating with other offices, but the team here is solid. We don’t use any of that fancy corporate lingo; we just tell it like it is. If a flight is delayed or there’s a problem, we just get on the phone and try to sort it out. It’s a practical, no-nonsense kind of place. We like the honesty of working in a neighborhood like this rather than being stuck in some sterile office park.
