Vanzel is based out of House No-40C in Pocket-B.8, which is part of Mayur Vihar Phase III. Being in a residential pocket like this makes the work day feel a bit different than being in a massive commercial complex. It is quieter, for one thing, though you still hear the occasional street vendor passing by outside. We have set up our workspace here to be as efficient as possible without losing that homey feel. We handle a variety of business tasks, and because we are a small team, everyone ends up doing a bit of everything. There is no such thing as "that is not my job" around here. New Delhi 110096 is our corner of the world, and we have grown quite fond of the community in Phase III. The office is not anything special to look at, just some sturdy desks and good chairs because we spend a lot of time sitting down. We try to keep things simple and honest. If something needs doing, we just get to it. We do not have big meetings about "strategy" or anything like that; we just look at what needs to be finished today and we do it. Sometimes we have tea on the small balcony when we need a break from the computer screens. It is a steady way of working, and being tucked away in a quiet pocket suits us just fine. We are just regular people running a business from a house, and that is how we like to keep it.
