Our office is located at JG-III, 227/B in Vikas Puri, New Delhi. It’s a busy neighborhood and we’ve been here for a good number of years now. Vaishno Devi Helicopters Travels & Tours Pvt. Ltd. is the name on our door, though most of our regular visitors just call us by our first names. We don’t have a big, shiny storefront with lights. It’s a modest space where we keep all our travel files, maps, and schedules tucked away in various drawers. New Delhi is a fast-paced city, and Vikas Puri is no different, so there’s always something happening right outside our window. We spend our days talking to people about their travel plans and trying to make sure they have all the information they need for their journeys. It’s not a glamorous job, and the office can get a bit cluttered when we have a lot of bookings coming in at once. We don’t use fancy scripts when we talk to people; we just speak plainly and honestly about what we can do. Most of the time, we’re just sitting around our desks with a cup of tea, working through the latest pile of emails. It’s a real, local business run by people who live nearby and care about doing a decent job. We’ve become a fixture in this part of town and we like it that way.
