Our office is House No. 160C. We are located right behind the Boy’s Primary School. It is an interesting address because it lists both New Delhi and Haryana with the 110067 code. We are basically right on the edge of the border. Being behind a school means our days are timed by the school bell. It gets very loud when the children are out for a break or going home, but we have gotten used to it over the years. Our office is just a part of the house. It’s a very small operation. We don’t have big posters or a storefront. It is just a room with a computer and a phone where we handle travel bookings. Most of our customers are locals who know us by word of mouth. The street is quite narrow and can get blocked easily if a large truck comes through. We’ve been here for a long time and the building shows its age a little bit. There’s some peeling paint and the door squeaks, but it doesn’t stop us from working. It’s a very simple, human way of running a business. We don't have a big corporate mission. We just help people find their way to where they are going. If you can find the primary school, you have found us. You just have to walk around the back of the building. The entrance is a bit hidden but you will see the sign.
