We are located on Court Road in Shivpuri, right near the Sabji Mandi. It is a very lively and loud spot to be in every day. Every morning, you can hear the market vendors calling out and the general noise of people buying their vegetables. Our office at Vacations Travels & Tours is a simple place where we help people plan out their trips. We have a few maps pinned to the walls and some old travel brochures that have been flipped through many times. It is not a high-tech office with fancy screens. We mostly just use a couple of old computers and the telephone to get everything sorted out. People from all over Shivpuri come in to ask us about bus tickets or the best train routes to take. We know most of our customers by their names since it is a small town and people talk. Sometimes we just sit and have a cup of tea with them while we look at the travel schedules together. The office can get a bit crowded when the market outside is busy, but we do not really mind it. We are not some big international travel chain with offices everywhere. We are just local people who know how to get around Madhya Pradesh and other places. We spend our days dealing with ticket changes and trying to find the best options for families. It is a lot of small details that we just try to get right.
