V3 Communication Airtel

This is Pranav Poddar here. I run things for V3 Communication Airtel out of C-104 in the Lovely Apartment building. If you know the Rajapuri area in New Delhi, you probably know where these apartments are. It is basically my home and my office mixed together, which makes things easier for me to manage. I handle things related to Airtel services, mostly helping people with their connections or when their phones have issues. It is not some big glass building with a hundred employees. It is just me and a bit of help sometimes. The neighborhood is quiet enough, and people around Rajapuri usually just drop by or call if they need something fixed with their mobile or internet. I've got my desk set up and all the papers for the different plans and stuff. It feels more personal this way than going to a big store where nobody knows your name. Sometimes the tea lady comes by and we take a break. I’ve been doing this for a bit now, and while it gets busy, I like the rhythm of it. Being in a residential spot like Lovely Apartment means I see my neighbors a lot. We just try to get the communication side of things working for everyone who asks. It’s a straightforward setup and I don’t plan on changing it much soon. My door is usually open if you are in the building.
