We are located at House Number 18 D in Pocket 1 of Sector 7, Dwarka. It is a residential neighborhood, so our office is actually inside a house. This makes it feel a bit different from the big industrial sites you usually see in the transport business. We have been here in New Delhi for a while now, managing the movement of goods across the country. The rooms are filled with desks and there are always stacks of logbooks and transit papers lying around. Our phones never really stop ringing because there is always a driver calling in or a client asking where their shipment is. It can get pretty stressful when there are delays on the highway or a truck breaks down somewhere far away. We are a small team and we all sit together in the main room. We don't have a big sign outside or any fancy reception area. Most of what we do is just coordinating between different people to make sure things get delivered. Sometimes we stay late into the night to finish the paperwork for the next day's departures. Dwarka is a nice area, though it can be a long commute for some of us. We have gotten used to the quiet streets around the office, which is a nice break from the hectic nature of the logistics work we do. It’s a straightforward job and we just try to keep everything moving as it should without making mistakes.
