V-Trans (I) Ltd has a branch at Rzg 114 on Mandir Lane in Mahavir Enclave. It is a very busy spot because we are right across from Universal Public School and near a Kotak Mahindra Bank. Between the school kids and the bank customers, there is always something happening on our street. Our office is a practical place where we handle the logistics and transport paperwork. We have trucks coming in and out of the area, though the narrow lanes can be a real challenge for the drivers. The office itself is quite simple, with a few desks and a lot of logbooks stacked up. We spend most of our time coordinating where things need to go and making sure the drivers have what they need. It gets pretty loud during the hours when school lets out, but we just work through it. We are not a fancy corporate headquarters; this is a field office where the real work happens. Sometimes the phone doesn't stop ringing and the air is dusty from the road, but that's the nature of the transport business in New Delhi. We have been in this Mandir Lane location for a while, and we know all the local shopkeepers. It’s a community where everyone is just trying to get their work done. We focus on the daily tasks and try to keep the deliveries moving on time despite the traffic and the heat.
