You can find us at 3386/48 in Ranjeet Nagar, which is quite close to the Pusa Gate in the Patel Nagar area of New Delhi. This part of the city is always moving, and so are we. We handle transport and logistics, which means there is a lot of coordination involved every single day. We have been at this location for a good number of years. The office is right in the middle of all the noise and activity. We have a lot of paperwork to deal with because of the trucks and the shipments. There’s a small desk for the person who handles the gate calls and a few more for the rest of us. It gets a bit messy with all the delivery slips and logs lying around. We don’t have a big corporate structure here. If something needs to be moved or a driver needs help with a route, whoever is free just steps up and does it. We drink our tea from the stall around the corner. Sometimes the phone doesn't stop ringing for hours, especially when a shipment is late or there’s a problem on the road. We just take it one task at a time. We aren’t looking to be the most famous company, just one that stays busy and does what it says it will do. It’s hard work and the days are long, but we’ve got a good rhythm going most of the time.
