It’s a pretty functional space with no fancy decorations. We have a big board where we keep track of the cars and a few phones that are almost always ringing. It’s a bit noisy because of the traffic on Devli Road, and we usually have the windows open to let in some air. There are always drivers coming in to drop off keys or pick up their schedules. We have a few plastic chairs for them to sit on while they wait. It’s not a corporate lounge; it’s just a room where work happens. We’ve been in this Khanpur location for several years. The walls are covered with some old maps of Delhi and some handwritten notes about routes. We don’t have any big mission statements or anything like that. We just try to make sure the cars are clean and the drivers know where they are going. It’s a lot of coordination and sometimes a bit of stress when the traffic is particularly bad. We take our breaks when we can and usually just grab a snack from the vendor downstairs. It’s a very normal, everyday kind of job for all of us here, and we like the routine.
