V Link Taxi P Ltd operates out of B57/G1 in Shalimar Garden Extension 2. It is a ground floor office in Ghaziabad. We handle a lot of taxi bookings from here, so the phone is usually ringing quite a bit. It’s a small office with just enough room for our desks and a place for the drivers to sit if they are waiting for a job. We don’t have any big signs or flashy lights outside. It’s a quiet street for the most part, although it gets crowded with parked cars during the day. We spend our time looking at schedules and making sure the drivers know where they are going. It’s a lot of coordination and sometimes it gets stressful when the traffic in Delhi is bad. We’ve been at this address for a long time and the locals know we are here. We don’t use any fancy software to manage things, just some basic logs and our phones. It’s a real business run by real people who are just trying to get through the day. We don’t have any corporate mission statements on the walls. We just want to make sure the cars are running and the passengers are picked up when they should be.
