We are based at B-29 in Mange Ram Park, which is part of Pooth Kalan. It’s right on the Main Kanjhawala Road, not too far from Rohini Sector 20. It’s a busy part of Delhi, with lots of dust and noise from the traffic moving outside all day. Uttrakhand Hospitality Ltd has been in this spot for some time now. Our office isn't anything special to look at if you're passing by. It's a functional space where we handle all the bookings and management for the business. There’s a lot of paper moving around and the printer is almost always running. We have a small staff and we all sit in the same room. It gets a bit cramped when we have visitors or delivery guys, but we make it work. The area around Mange Ram Park has everything you need, from small grocery shops to tea stalls. We usually go out for a quick walk during lunch just to get away from the computer screens for a bit. We deal with tourism and hospitality, specifically for folks looking to head up north for a break. It’s a lot of coordination with drivers and various hotels. Sometimes the phone lines go down and we have to use our mobiles, but that's just part of life here. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. It's just us doing the job day in and day out.
