Utstarcom, Inc

We are based in the 110 034 area of New Delhi. It’s a decent spot to be for a company like Utstarcom, Inc. We spend most of our time dealing with technical stuff and making sure the systems are running like they should. It’s not the kind of place where you’ll see people in suits every day. Most of us just wear what’s comfortable because the work is what matters. The office is pretty functional. We have desks, computers, and a lot of cables everywhere. It can look a bit messy to someone from the outside, but we know what every wire does. Sometimes things go wrong with the equipment, and we have to spend the whole afternoon troubleshooting. It can be frustrating, but that’s just how it is. We don’t have a lot of meetings about synergy or anything like that. We just talk about what needs to be fixed. The area around here is alright, with plenty of places to grab a quick lunch. We usually take turns going out to get food for everyone. It’s a quiet enough place to work, except when the construction starts nearby. We just put our heads down and get through the tasks. We aren’t trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to make sure the work we do is solid and that the people who rely on us aren’t left waiting. It's just simple, daily work for us.
