Usha Telecom

Usha Telecom is situated at number 8 on the Tigri Main Road. This road is always buzzing with activity, especially in the mornings and evenings when everyone is commuting. Our shop is where people come when they have a problem with their phone or just need a new screen guard. It's a small place, so it gets crowded very easily if more than three people come in at once. We have a glass counter full of various accessories and chargers that we're constantly reorganizing. The dust from the main road is a constant battle; I feel like I'm wiping down the shelves every hour. We don't really do anything fancy here. We just fix what's broken and sell what people ask for. Most of our regulars live right here in Tigri, so we know their faces and what kind of phones they use. It’s a lot of patience, explaining how certain features work to older folks or trying to figure out why a device won't charge. We take our lunch breaks right here behind the counter most days because you never know when someone will walk in with an emergency. It's not a glamorous job, but it's important for the people around here. We’ve been at this address for quite a while, and we just keep doing what we do. It’s hard to keep everything clean with the traffic outside, but we try to stay organized.
