Usha Telecom Centre

Usha Telecom Centre is located in Okhla at S1510. If you know the Okhla area, you know it is mostly industrial and very busy during the day. Our place is tucked away in one of those blocks where everyone is working hard. We handle telecom stuff, which mostly means helping people with their mobile phones and connections. The shop at S1510 is quite modest. We have a basic setup with a glass counter and some shelves for accessories. It gets quite dusty around here because of all the construction and trucks moving through Okhla. We spend a lot of our day dealing with small repairs or explaining data plans to people who aren't quite sure how they work. It’s not a glamorous job, but it keeps us busy. The light in the shop isn't the best, so we often have to use a torch to see the small parts inside a phone. We don't have a fancy website or a big sign. Most people just find us because they work nearby or they’ve heard about us from a friend. We take our lunch breaks when we can, usually sitting on a stool near the door to catch a bit of air. Life at Usha Telecom is pretty straightforward. We open up in the morning, do what needs to be done, and head home when the sun goes down. It’s just a regular part of the Okhla landscape.
