You can find our office at S-21 in the Sunder Block area of Shakarpur. It's right in the middle of a very busy part of Delhi-92. The stairs up to our floor are a bit narrow, and you have to watch your step. We’ve been in this building for several years now. Even though the name sounds big, we are just a small team working out of this one room. We have a few computers and some old filing cabinets that have seen better days. Mostly, we spend the day checking schedules and talking to people about their travel plans. It’s a lot of typing and clicking. Sometimes the power goes out and we just have to sit and wait for it to come back on. We don't have any polished brochures or fancy uniforms. We just wear what’s comfortable and get to work. Shakarpur is always noisy, so there's a lot of background sound while we're on the phone. We try to be as clear as possible with everyone. We aren't interested in using big marketing talk; we just tell people what is available and what isn't. It’s a practical way to run a business. We know most of the other shop owners on the street too. It feels like a little community even though it's so crowded. We just keep our heads down and do the daily tasks, hoping the internet stays fast enough for us.
