Working at A-31-F/2 in Dilshad Garden means we’re always around boxes and tape. It’s a busy environment because things are always coming in or going out. This part of New Delhi stays quite active, and our spot is no different. We spend the morning sorting through deliveries and making sure everything is headed to the right place. It’s physical work, and by the end of the day, we’re usually pretty tired. The office part is small and mostly filled with logbooks and stickers. We have a few delivery vans that come and go, and parking them in the narrow lanes can be a bit of a challenge sometimes. The weather really affects us; when it rains, everything gets a bit more difficult, but we just put on our jackets and keep moving. We’ve got a small team here, and everyone knows their role. We don't really do the whole corporate talk thing. We just tell you if your package is here or if it’s on a truck somewhere else. Sometimes people come in looking frustrated because they’re waiting for something important, and we try to find it as fast as we can. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s an important one for the neighborhood. There’s a tea stall nearby where we usually go when we get a spare ten minutes. It’s just honest work in a busy part of town.
