Our office is tucked away at D-28 in the Paryavaran Complex over in Neb Sarai. If you know the area, you know the streets can be a bit tight and busy. We handle the jet air express side of things here in New Delhi. It is mostly a hub of activity with packages moving and people checking manifests. The office itself is pretty basic. We have metal shelves, some sturdy tables, and a lot of tape and boxes laying around. It’s a loud place sometimes because of the vans coming and going. We don’t have fancy furniture or a reception desk that looks like a hotel. It’s a working warehouse and office space. The team here knows how to move fast because the deliveries don't wait for anyone. We drink a lot of chai to keep going, especially during those long afternoon shifts. Dealing with logistics means things change every hour, so we are always on our toes. The walls are a bit scuffed from boxes being moved, and there’s always a list of tracking numbers pinned to the board. We just focus on getting the items from point A to point B without losing anything in between. It is honest work and we have a routine that works for this neighborhood. We’re just a local crew making sure the packages get where they need to go.
