Up Hotels Clarks Ltd

Our office is situated in the Baneras House Building over in the Kalkaji area of New Delhi. Specifically, we’re in the DDA Local Shopping Centre on Guru Ravi Dass Marg. It’s a very busy commercial spot with lots of people moving around all day. This is the registered office for Up Hotels Clarks Ltd, so it’s more about administrative work than the actual hotel guest experience. We have desks covered in files, computer monitors that are always on, and a lot of ledgers from over the years. Gaurav Khare and the rest of the team here spend the day dealing with the corporate side of things. It’s a lot of ledger entries, tax filings, and legal paperwork that comes with running a hotel company. The building itself is older, and the hallways can be a bit narrow. We hear the sounds of the market outside and the traffic on the main road constantly. It’s not a quiet place to work, but it’s right in the heart of the action. We mostly focus on the numbers and making sure the back-end of the business stays upright. There isn't much to see here if you're looking for a room, as it's purely for the management side. We drink a lot of coffee and spend hours in meetings or on the phone with the different properties. It’s just the daily grind of office life in a crowded part of Delhi, making sure everything is documented correctly for the company.
