Universal Travels

We are over in Palam Colony at D-232A in Raj Nagar II. If you’ve ever been to this part of New Delhi, you know it’s always moving with people and traffic. Our travel office is right in the middle of it all. We spend our days looking at flight schedules and train timings. It’s a lot of clicking on screens and talking to people who are stressed about their holidays or business trips. We started this because we liked helpng people get where they needed to go without too much trouble or extra cost. The office is small and filled with maps and old calendars on the walls. We don't have any fancy software, just the standard booking systems and our own notebooks where we write everything down. The 110045 area is busy, so there’s always noise from the street coming in through the door. We don’t mind it much because it keeps us alert. Sometimes someone comes in wanting a ticket for the same day, and we have to scramble to find something that works. It’s just a few of us working here, and we’ve known each other for a long time. We don't try to sell anyone on things they don't need. We just find the cheapest or the fastest way for them to travel and print out the tickets. It’s basic work, but it’s important to the people in our neighborhood here. We enjoy it.
