Universal Medi Aid Services Limited

Universal Medi Aid Services Limited is based in Dwarka at Suryodaya Apartment. We are on the second floor in Flat No. 90, which is in Phase-I, Sector-12, Pkt- 8. It’s a residential apartment, so it doesn’t feel like a cold, sterile medical office. We think this makes it a bit more comfortable for people who come to see us. Our work involves helping people with medical aid services, which usually means a lot of phone calls to hospitals and insurance companies. Being in a flat means we have a kitchen where we make coffee and a living area that we’ve turned into a workspace. It’s a bit of a maze getting to Pkt-8 if you aren’t from around here, but once you find Suryodaya Apartment, it’s easy enough. We don't have big neon signs or a receptionist at a marble desk. It’s just us sitting at our computers, surrounded by folders and notebooks. The second floor is nice because it’s not too many stairs if the lift is out, which happens sometimes. Dwarka is a good place to be because it’s well-connected, even if the traffic can be a headache. We aren't a huge organization; we’re just a small team trying to help people navigate the medical system. Sometimes the office gets a bit messy with all the papers, but we know where everything is. We’ve been here for a while and have helped quite a few people from the neighborhood and beyond.
