We are over here in Malappuram, specifically the 676504 area code. It’s a busy spot in Kerala and we spend most of our time dealing with aviation things. People walk in looking for help with tickets or just figuring out how to get from point A to point B without too much stress. It gets pretty loud in the office sometimes when the phones start ringing all at once. We’ve been at this for a while now. Most of us grew up around here so we know the local roads and the quickest way to get things done. It is not a fancy glass building or anything like that. Just a regular workplace where we sit at our desks and try to keep everything moving. Sometimes the internet is slow or a customer is in a huge hurry, but that is just how it goes in this business. We handle a lot of paperwork because that is just part of the job. If you are around this part of Malappuram, you’ll see our sign. It isn't anything special but it gets the job done. We mostly just talk to people and look at flight schedules all day. It can be tiring when the weather gets hot but we have our fans going. Usually, there is a bit of tea being passed around too. We just try to stay organized and help folks out so they can get where they need to go without a headache.
