We are located at R.Z-34/C in Raj Nagar. It's a busy part of Palam Colony. Finding us on Dada Chattri Wala Marg isn't always easy if you don't know the block, but we’re here in Block-A. It's Gali No.3A. The office is just a regular place where we handle aviation tasks. Most days it’s quiet, then it gets loud when the phones start. We deal with various flight things and paperwork for Universal Aviation Services Ltd. Being in the South End part of Palam means we see a lot of local traffic. People stop by sometimes asking for directions because the street names here are a bit confusing. We just focus on getting the jobs done. It’s not a big fancy glass building like you see near the airport, just a practical setup in a residential-commercial mix. Sometimes the electricity goes out for a bit, but we manage. We’ve been at this address for a while now. The team here knows the neighborhood well. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there, just trying to handle our part in the aviation sector without too much fuss. It gets hot in the summer, but we have a couple of fans going. If you’re looking for the office, just look for the sign near the corner of the alley. It’s a simple operation, really. We keep our files organized and try to keep up with the changes in flight schedules and rules. That’s about it for us here.
