Our office is located at K2, 804 in Mahipal Pur. Being in New Delhi 110037 puts us quite close to the airport, which makes sense for a name like Universal Avaiation. Mahipal Pur is always buzzing with people and travelers coming from all over. The building we are in is one of those tall ones with lots of different businesses inside. Our specific unit, 804, is where everything happens. It’s not a huge place. We have just enough room for the team and our equipment. Sometimes it feels a bit cramped when everyone is in at the same time, especially during peak hours. The windows look out over the busy streets, and you can always hear the planes taking off or landing in the distance. We don't spend money on fancy decorations or high-end furniture. We just have what we need to get through the workday. Most of our time is spent on the phone or coordinating things on our screens. It can be stressful when things get busy, but we’ve got a good group of people here. We eat lunch together most days, usually ordering from one of the local dhabas or shops nearby. We aren't a big corporation with lots of rules and layers; we just work hard and try to stay on top of our daily tasks. If you come by, don’t expect a polished showroom. It’s a real office where people are actually working. We like the energy around here.
