Our office is over on Hari Singh Nalwa Street in Karol Bagh. The building number is 4836/49. If you know this area, you know how packed the streets get with traders and delivery carts. We operate out of a medium-sized space on the upper floor. It’s mostly desks, filing cabinets, and some sample boxes lying around. We deal with various agencies and distribution work. It’s a lot of phone calls and paperwork throughout the day. The tea man comes by twice a day, which is when we usually take a short break. Karol Bagh is a noisy place, and our street is no different. You can always hear the horns and people shouting outside. We’ve been in this location for quite a few years now. The stairs up to the office are a bit steep and narrow, so it’s a workout every time we go down for lunch. We aren't a big corporation with hundreds of employees. It's just a handful of us making sure orders get processed and shipped out on time. Sometimes the courier guys are late, and things get a bit stressful, but we figure it out. It’s a practical workspace meant for getting things done. We don't have any fancy decorations on the walls, just calendars and some old photos. We mostly just focus on keeping our clients happy and keeping the paperwork in order so everything runs smoothly.
