Famcom Rubber Products I Pvt Ltd is situated on G T Karnal Road at A-18. Being on the main road means we see a lot of truck traffic all day long. The smell of rubber is very strong here, and you can notice it as soon as you step inside the gate. We manufacture different kinds of rubber components, mostly things like gaskets and seals for industrial machines. The factory floor is busy with machines that mold and cut the rubber into the shapes we need. It’s a bit of a dark and noisy environment, but it’s where we do our best work. I spend most of my time managing the production and making sure we have enough raw material in the warehouse. We have a small staff and we all know the routine pretty well by now. There’s a little room where we take our lunch breaks, which has some old chairs and a table that’s seen better days. We don't really worry about the looks of the place as long as the machines are working right. We deal with various suppliers and customers from all over, but we don't have any big corporate slogans. It’s just a place where we make rubber parts and try to stay on top of the orders. The work is steady and it keeps the lights on, which is all we really ask for.
