We are located at 2792 Ashok Street in Mori Gate. If you know this part of the city, you know it’s famous for all kinds of machinery and spare parts. Our shop is just one of many in the row, but we’ve been here long enough that most people recognize the face behind the counter. We deal with various types of equipment, mostly heavy metal stuff that takes a couple of people to lift properly. The floor is made of concrete and always has a few oil stains that won't come out no matter how much we scrub. It’s a very practical space, definitely not meant for looking pretty or hosting guests. Shelves go all the way to the ceiling, filled with metal components and heavy tools. It’s often dark inside because the shop is quite deep and doesn't get much sunlight from the street. We use old flashlights to find things hidden in the back corners. Mori Gate is always buzzing with activity, and trucks are constantly loading and unloading right in the middle of the street. It makes for a lot of noise, but that’s the sound of work getting done in this district. We don't have a big sales team; it’s just us and a few helpers who know exactly where every part is stored. Most customers know exactly what they need, so there isn’t much small talk involved. We just check the part, fetch it, and finish the deal.
