Our office is located at 31-C, Pocket A/3, over in the Kalkaji Extension part of New Delhi. It’s a busy neighborhood, and we’ve been part of it for quite some time now. Being in the travel business in a city like Delhi means there is never a dull moment. We spend our time booking tickets, sorting out visas, and trying to help people get their travel plans in order. It’s not a large place, just a simple office where we can focus on our work. People from the local community often drop in to ask about flight prices or just to see if we have any advice on where to go for a short break. We’ve got a couple of computers that have seen better days and shelves full of old travel guides that nobody really looks at anymore since everything went digital. The phones ring quite a bit, mostly with people asking about delays or trying to change their return dates. We don't have a corporate vibe here; it's more about having a chat and getting the job done. Our team is small, just a few of us who know the ins and outs of the airlines. We’ve handled all sorts of requests, from simple bus trips to complicated multi-city flights. It’s a lot of double-checking names and dates to make sure nobody gets stuck at an airport. We just keep at it, one booking at a time, making sure things are right.
