We are the customer service team based in New Delhi. We don't have a specific street address on our door that people usually visit, as most of our work happens over the phone or through the computer. It’s a typical office setup where we spend our shifts answering questions and trying to sort out travel problems. New Delhi is a fast-paced city, and that energy definitely carries over into our work. The office isn't anything special to look at, just rows of desks and people with headsets on. We hear a lot of different stories from travelers, some happy and some very frustrated. It can be a bit draining after a few hours, so we take our breaks whenever we can. We have a small corner where we keep a kettle for making tea, which is pretty much the most important piece of equipment we have. The air in the office is usually a bit stale from the air conditioning, and the windows don't open, so it feels a bit like being in a bubble. We aren't here to give anyone a sales pitch; we are just here to handle the issues that come up when people are flying from one place to another. It’s a lot of data entry and talking, and by the time the shift ends, we are usually pretty ready to head out into the city traffic and go home. It’s just a standard job in a big city.
