United Airlines (Gsa Interglobe Air Transport)

Our office is located over in Mayur Vihar Phase II, inside Pocket E. It is actually Flat 315, so it feels more like a home than a big corporate building you might see in the city center. Being here in a residential area makes the morning walk to work a bit quieter than most places in Delhi. We handle things for United Airlines through Interglobe Air Transport from this small space. There are desks squeezed into the rooms and plenty of papers related to flights and bookings scattered around. It’s not the kind of place where you’ll see big signs or flashy lights. We just have our computers set up and we spend the day talking to people about their travel plans or fixing issues with tickets. Sometimes the neighbors walk by and say hello while we are heading out for lunch. It’s a bit of a tight squeeze when we have a lot of visitors, but we make it work. The fan usually hums in the background while we work through the pile of emails. We have some maps on the wall and a few calendars to keep track of everything. It is a practical way to run things without having to be in a noisy commercial hub. Most people who come here are looking for help with their trips, and we just sit down with them and see what can be done.
