Out here in Gurgaon, specifically at Harmony Homes in Sector 57, things are always changing. This is an industrial type of setup where we deal with machines and parts. The office is in Sushant Lok Phase 3, which is a bit of a drive depending on where you're coming from. We spend a lot of time looking at technical drawings and talking to suppliers. It’s not a quiet office; there’s usually someone on the phone arguing about a delivery date or a part that didn't arrive correctly. The desk is covered in blueprints and spare nuts and bolts that nobody bothered to put back in the bin. We’ve been operating for a while, and the walls are covered in old calendars and charts. It’s a practical environment. We don't have fancy furniture or a coffee machine that makes lattes; we just have a kettle and some packets of biscuits. Working with machinery means things get greasy sometimes. We have to be precise with the numbers because if a machine part is off by a millimeter, it’s useless. The traffic in Gurgaon can be a nightmare, so half the morning is spent waiting for everyone to arrive. Once we’re all here, we just get to work on whatever project is currently on the floor. It’s a straightforward business, nothing too complicated to explain, just people working with metal and mechanics every day. We just try to keep the machines running and the orders filled.
