Unitech Amusements Parks Ltd.

Our setup for Unitech Amusements Parks Ltd is a bit different because we're based in a flat. You can find us at Flat Number 905 in the Sun Tower, which is part of D Block in Shipra Suncity, Indorapuram. It’s a residential building, so it feels more like a home than a stiff office. Saurabh Saxena is the main person here. We handle the administrative side of the amusement park business from this Ghaziabad location. It’s where the planning and the phone calls happen. Since it’s an apartment, it’s a bit tight when we have a lot of files, but we make it work. Looking out from the 9th floor gives a decent view of Indorapuram, which is a nice break from the computer screen. We aren't the actual park with the rides—that's somewhere else—but this is where the behind-the-scenes stuff gets managed. It can be a bit confusing for people the first time they try to find us in Sun Tower, but once you’re here, it’s just a normal workspace. We spend our days dealing with vendors, scheduling, and all the boring stuff that makes a park run well. It’s just a small group of us here in this flat. We don't have a big sign outside or a receptionist desk. It’s just an honest, small-scale office where we put in our hours and try to keep everything organized for the company. It gets the job done and keeps us close to the action.
