We operate out of House No -65 in R.K. Puram. It might seem a bit strange for a hotel company to be based in a house, but it works for us. This is where all the behind-the-scenes stuff happens every day. We have a few rooms set up as offices with desks squeezed in wherever they could fit. Most of our day is spent on the phone or working on the computer, dealing with bookings and management tasks that keep everything else running smoothly. The neighborhood is mostly quiet government housing, which is a nice change from the busier parts of New Delhi. We don't have a big sign outside or a fancy reception desk here in the house. It’s just a place where we get the daily work done. The kitchen in the house is where we all gather for lunch and talk about how the week is going. It feels more like a family setting than a corporate office environment. Sometimes the internet acts up or the power goes out for an hour, and we just have to wait it out like everyone else in the area. We’ve been here for a bit now and have gotten used to the layout of the rooms. It's practical and close to the main roads, which helps when we have to head out for meetings at the properties. We just focus on keeping our heads down and making sure the business side of things stays organized for everyone involved.
