Unisol Infraservices Pvt. Ltd. operates out of C-1/287 in Sector 11, Rohini. This part of Delhi is a bit different from the center, feels a bit more like a neighborhood. Our office is just a regular unit where we handle the service side of things. There’s usually someone on the phone or typing away at a keyboard. We deal with a lot of coordination for projects. The desks are a bit crowded with blueprints and schedules. It’s not a place where you’ll find fancy decorations. We just have what we need to get the job done. The commute for some of us is long, but we’ve gotten used to it. Sector 11 has its own rhythm. We know the guy who sells tea around the corner. Sometimes we have meetings in the small room at the back, but mostly we’re just at our stations. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but it doesn't stop us from working. We keep track of everything in big ledgers and on the computers. It’s a lot of back-and-forth communication. When the weather is hot, the AC struggles a bit, but we make do. It’s just a normal workplace with normal people trying to finish their tasks for the day. We don't have a big sign out front, so you have to look for the house number carefully. We just try to stay focused and get through the list of things that need attention.
